Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 18-45 years; second degree burns; burns by fire flame; reception of informed consent. Exclusion criteria: electrical burns; chemicals burns; infant and neonate; systemic disease; pregnancy; addiction; respiratory tract burns; need of intubation; Glascow coma scale less than 15; allergy to Silymarin; history of malnutrition
