Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age between 18 and 70 years; traumatic brain injuries who are intubated and under mechanical ventilation with SIMV mode; stable hemodynamic (MAP more than 70 mm Hg for at least 30 minutes before the start of the study); Glasgow Coma Scale 10 mm Hg.
