Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Terms of Inclusion: public school students in Tehran; in which high school students (first, second and third) are studying; students have the willingness to cooperate. Terms of Exclusion: absence of students during classes; lack of pre-test or post-test students or both; out of the study due to migration or transfer.
