Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years or older Written consent to participate in the study Patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism due to stage 5 acute kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis Serum parathyroid hormone level above 300 and below 800 pg/ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of a history of chronic diseases, such as chronic hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes, and other chronic diseases.
