Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 30 to 70 years Patients with diabetic nephropathy in stages 1 to 4 of renal failure classification according to guidelines Duration of diabetic nephropathy between 1 and 10 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking any vitamin or mineral supplements containing coenzyme Q10 Pregnancy or breastfeeding for women of childbearing age Liver dysfunction (AST or ALT More than 3 times the normal limit) Having any type of cancer in the past or now Patients with ESRD

Glomerular Filtration Rate Biomarker. Timepoint: Blood tests were taken at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 8 weeks after starting CoQ10 supplementation.
