Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age greater than or equal to 18 years Informed consent of the patient Having mild to severe Parkinson's symptoms At least 2 years have passed since the onset of the disease The serum level of magnesium is normal (equivalent to about 1.8 to 2.4 mg/dL)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient dissatisfaction Taking supplements containing magnesium Non-cooperation in evaluation with questionnaire Not having a good general mood

MeasureTime frame
Severity of symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease. Timepoint: before the start of the intervention and two months after taking the magnesium oxide supplement. Method of measurement: Clinical examinations by a specialist doctor and questions from the patient.;Quality of life of patients based on PDQ39 index. Timepoint: before the start of the intervention and two months after taking the magnesium oxide supplement. Method of measurement: PDQ 39 questionnaire.
