Intervention 1: Intervention group: 40 infertile male patients aged over 18 years with a sperm DNA fragmentation index above 30 will be selected to participate in the study. For a duration of 3 months

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male gender Age above 18 years Infertility with elevated sperm DNA Fragmentation Index > 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female gender Age below 18 years Normal sperm DFI < 30 History of gastrointestinal bleding

Changes in Sperm DNA Fragmentation Index (DFI). Timepoint: Sperm DNA Fragmentation Index (DFI) assessed using the Sperm Chromatin Dispersion (SCD) test at baseline (prior to the intervention) and after 3 months. Method of measurement: Sperm Chromatin Dispersion (SCD) test.
