Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Hemovalenic acid is one of the essential metabolites of catecholamines and is the result of the action of the enriched COMT and MAO on them. Three parts of body fluids can be local to measure HVA. These fluids include CSF, urine and plasma. Since more than 90% of the HVA produced in the brain, without appearing in the CSF, directly enters the bloodstream, and blood samples (as compared to CSF) can easily be collected. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, the patient was examined and at the end of the study (after 12 weeks). Method of measurement: The serum HVA level was measured by the DYNEX DSX and the HVA kit of the Zelbio Company, prepared by ELISA, was used to calculate the antibody response.;Beck Depression Inventory. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, the patient was examined and at the end of the study (after 12 weeks). Method of measurement: Beck questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Mean serum levels of homovanillic acid. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, the patient was examined and at the end of the study (after 12 weeks). Method of measurement: The serum HVA level was measured by the DYNEX DSX and the HBA kit of the Zelbio Company, prepared by ELISA, was used to calculate the antibody response.;The number obtained from Beck's questionnaire. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, the patient was examined and at the end of the study (after 12 weeks). Method of measurement: Beck questionnaire.
