Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: treatment with combination of kligman and metformin. Intervention 2: Control group: treatment with kligman.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: not pregnant Lack of breastfeeding No treatment with oral contraceptives and hormone replacement during the study Not using drugs that darken skin color No history of allergy to local and systemic steroid drugs and thyroid drugs in the last 30 days at least No use of strong local and systemic drugs Absence of severe systemic disease No thyroid disease Epidermal and combined melasma lesions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If the patient does not want to continue cooperating with the plan
