Interventions

Intervention 1: In intervention group in addition to phototherapy will receive drop silymarin orally once every 12 hours at a rate of 75.3 mg per kilogram of body weight when reduced blood bilirubin
Treatment - Drugs
In intervention group in addition to phototherapy will receive drop silymarin orally once every 12 hours at a rate of 75.3 mg per kilogram of body weight when reduced blood bilirubin .
In control only receive phototherapy when reduced blood bilirubin.

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Breastfeeding Exclusion criteria: feeding with formula; ABO Incompatibility ; G6PD deficiency ; Babies are receiving the blood or phenobarbital
