Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: written consent to participate voluntarily in research; full-time nurses having at least one year of employment; Having physical and mental health;having no participation in courses related to the subject. Exclusion criteria: not being interested to continue in the study; Having any serious health problem will prevent from continuing in the research.
