Intervention group 1: sport group, after training stretching and strengthening of the lumber by researcher, each unit of study perform by researcher and these exercises were done two times ,morning
Intervention group 2: taping group , devising type with strips of 20 cm length and a width of 4 inches on either side of the spine in the lower back muscles and one strip at the lower part of lumber
Control group: routine care in health centers were given to reduce pain.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Written consents should be completed; should be the resident of mashhad; should have the ability to read and write ; having the age of pregnancy from 16 to 22 weeks; the intensity score of low back pain should be between 50 and 100 according to Quebec back pain questionnaire; the disability score caused by low back pain should be between 10 to 50 based on the Oswestry questionnaire; The BMI should be from 19.8 to 26; Maternal height should be 150 cm or more; The exercise group should have health certificate of heart and lung; should not have a medical condition; Should not have regular exercise during current pregnancy; Should not have a high risk pregnancy; Should not have the history of low back pain before pregnancy; should not have spinal column disorder; should not have pregnancy following assisted reproductive techniques; Do not have allergy to the glue; Do not have rectus dyastasis ; Do not have systolic blood pressure> 140 mm Hg and diastolic pressure >90 mm Hg ; No other specific method for pain relief. Exclusion criteria: Any problem or particular disease during the study; use alternative methods to relieve pain; The sensitivity to the glue during the study; Did not exercise two days of a week ; Did not exercise according to the training protocol; Did not present two session in order to devise type; If the type separate automatically did not refer to devise type before one week.
