Intervention 1: Control group: A group of patients being treated with oral placebo on a daily basis for 6 months. Intervention 2: Intervention group: A group of patients being treated with oral Q10 Co
Treatment - Drugs
Control group: A group of patients being treated with oral placebo on a daily basis for 6 months.
Intervention group: A group of patients being treated with oral Q10 Coanzyme (dose: 3 mg) on a daily basis for 6 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: The patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy aged between 6 -10 years; parental consent to enter the study; without cardiac disease in the intervention group; without structural cardiac disease in the control group; untreated with herbal, vitamin and enzyme medications. Exclusion criteria: The patients without Duchenne muscular dystrophy; Patients age less than 6 years or above 10 years; parental lack of consent for entering the study; Patients with cardiac disease in the intervention group; Patients with structural cardiac disease in the control group; inappropriate echocardiography; Patients treated with of herbal s, vitamin and enzyme medications.

Left ventricular filling index. Timepoint: 3 and 6 months after using the medication. Method of measurement: Tissue doppler.
