Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Middle-age with mild hypertension (90-99 diastolic and 140-159 systolic) Body mass index between 25 and 29 kg/m2 No history of 6 months of regular exercise
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe blood pressure or grade 3 (more than 110 diastolic and 180 systolic) Cardiac arrhythmia's Cessation of drug use during the study Functional limitation (such as osteoarthritis) Heart failure Chronic gastrointestinal disease (e.g., inflammatory bowel disease) Pregnancy and breastfeeding Secondary blood pressure (including obstructive sleep apnea) Smoking Kidney disease Liver disease Body mass index above 30 kg/m2
