Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: BMI 25 and above; inactivity (lack of exercise during last six months ); cardiovascular health; lack of any history of inflammatory diseases and gastric reflux. Exclusion criteria: individuals with a history of cardiovascular diseases; hypertension; gastroesophageal reflux disease and patients treated with steroids.
