Intervention 1: Intervention group: N-acetylcysteine tab, 600 mg bid for 2 month period. Intervention 2: control group: placebo tab bid, for 2 month period.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients aged > 18 years; patients who were dialysed at least two times per week for a 3 month period Exclusion criteria:patients who take anti-inflammatory drugs such as steroids; patients who have active infectious disease, malignancy, kidney transplantation, rheumatic diseases
