Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have Type 2 diabetes and the use of oral hypoglycemic drugs are approved by a doctor No insulin injection Have a history of at least 2 years of diabetes Have an age range between 30 and 60 years Have taken oral hypoglycemic drugs at least three months ago The patient's body mass index is less than 30 There are no restrictions on the use of traditional medicine herbs To be willing to participate in research Be of Iranian origin Do not use other methods of traditional medicine (such as herbal medicine, massage, exercise, yoga, etc.) Have a phone number to call

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The woman is pregnant. During lactation The patient's glycosylated hemoglobin in the last three months is 5.5-6.5%
