Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group 3: Using a mouse pad with a 10 ° tilted in coronal plane. Time of working with the mouse and mouse pad: 15 minutes. Time of resting between the tests: 10 min

Intervention group 2: Using a mouse pad with a 20° tilted in coronal plane. Time of working with the mouse and mouse pad: 15 minutes. Time of resting between the tests: 10 minutes.
Intervention group 1: Using a mouse pad with a 30° tilted in coronal plane. Time of working with the mouse and mouse pad: 15 minutes. Time of resting between the tests: 10 minute
Control group: Using ordinary mouse pad with no angle. Time of working with the mouse and mouse pad: 15 minutes. Time of resting between the tests: 10 minutes.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: At least 20 years old and who are right- handed and work at least 20 hours per week with computer mouse Exclusion Criteria: With upper extremity injuries and musculoskeletal disorders

Posture of upper extremity. Timepoint: At start and end of each test. Method of measurement: Seven point likert scale.;Comfort. Timepoint: After performing each test.
