Inclusion criteria: Study in the fourth and fifth semester of the Nursing Undergraduate program Not having Psychological disorders Not using anti-anxiety medications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence in the education sessions Participation in the similar research programs Refuse to continue participation in the study
