Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age higher than 20 years An elapse of 12 hours form the primary diagnosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Thrombolysis in myocardial infarction (TIMI) score of 2-3 Rentrop grade of >1 Need for coronary artery bypass graft Cardiogenic shock

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Major adverse cardiovascular events (i.e., mortality, second myocardial infarction, and stroke during admission). Timepoint: Before and 24 hours after the intervention. Method of measurement: Echocardiography.;The reduction of ST-segment as an indicator of microvascular reperfusion. Timepoint: Before and 24 hours after the intervention. Method of measurement: Electrocardiogram (ECG).;Thrombolysis in myocardial infarction flow. Timepoint: Before and 24 hours after the intervention. Method of measurement: Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction (TIMI) flow.
