Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria?:? ?at least 18 years of age; Confirmed diagnosis of heart failure by the physician and New York Heart Association ?Class II–IV; Not being in the acute? ?stage of disease; Iranian nation; Persian speaking; Living in yazd; have at least literate; not having obvious cognitive impairment; lack of renal failure; Living with a family member Exclusion criteria:? being absence in one training session and lack of ?willingness to continue participation in the study; Acute medical condition during the study
