Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: semi-professional training at least three days a week training for at least one year training in racquet sports (tennis, badminton, ping pong, squash) symptoms for at least 6 weeks did not receive any anti-inflammatory therapy during treatment diagnosed with LE VAS 4-7
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with cervical radiculopathy active infection acute complication interosseous nerve entrapment history of diffuse inflammatory rheumatic disease history of external epicondyle surgery elbow injury skin lesion Open wound warfarin use history of past injections (such as corticosteroids, autophagy, mesotherapy) fracture complications Prosthesis internal fixator pacemaker depression severe anxiety neurological and cardio respiratory problems metal implantation in the area of ??application
