Interventions

Intervention 1: Eye care with A manner: washing hand before eye care. if eyes are close application of artificial tear every 4 h. if eyes are lagophtalmos application of eye ointment and taping eyes
Prevention
Eye care with B manner: in B manner in addition to A manner cares will use of normal salin every 6 h
Eye care with A manner: washing hand before eye care. if eyes are close application of artificial tear every 4 h. if eyes are lagophtalmos application of eye ointment and taping eyes by banderole. ey

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patient older than 18 years; unconscious patient with GCS<10, without blink reflex; patients without clear facial and eye injuries; patients without eye dryness before admission according to escort saying; patients without eye surgery according to escort saying. Exclusion criteria: if study period did not completion with due attention to death, transfer, improvement and releasing; to return cornea reflex and increase GCS; erosion and injury arising of resort or other medical errors; admission time lower of 7 days.
