Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Minimom 6 Month Expriences in Adult ICU Ward; Licence of Nursing Master of Science or More; Minimom 1 year Expriences in Icu Ward as Supervisor. Exclusion Criteria: Dont like to Participate; Dont Complete the Questionner;Dont Participate in educational classes.
