Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: All nontraumatic epistaxis 18-65 years old patients; normal blood pressure. Exclusion criteria: Multiple trauma; INR>1.5; Coagulopathy; Nasal trauma; patients with shock; not willing to participate in the research
