Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion: Nerve injures after Bilatteral sagittal Split Osteotomy (sanderlandII,II) Exclusion: neurosensory deficit; precedent headache; retardation; neurologic disorder; collagen or vascular disease; previous facial fracture;type 1 diabetes ; bad split; genioplasty
