Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: nullipar pregnant women; women at least with a primary education; no participating in prenatal care education classes. Exclusion criteria: mental illnesses; including schizophrenia; depression or anxiety in the past and during the current pregnancy.
