Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age between 60 to 70 years? the tendency of the elderly to participate in the study? no mental illness in particular? have at least read and the ability to fill out a questionnaire or cooperation in completing the questionnaires? the desire to participate in empowerment, speaking in Farsi? the availability and the ability to follow-up? lack of learning disabilities due to mental disorders? psychological? not physical disabilities. exclusion criteria: unwillingness elderly to continue to attend training classes? remove the sample in the absence of follow-up
