Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Entry criterion: Aged 60-90 years old, lack of hearing and vision, Farsi language, vigilant, lack of information, lack of ventilation device, availability of family visitation and lack of delirium and cognitive impairments before admission to the intensive care unit and based on a questionnaire. Neecham patients who receive a score of 25-30 Exit criteria: Patient deaths, patients who discharge within less than 72 hours of discharge, decreased consciousness and psychotropic substances
