Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly people aged 60 to 70 Being literate Interested in participating in the research No severe vision or hearing problems No physical or mental problems that prevent participation in training sessions No cognitive diseases such as stroke, dementia, and Alzheimer's No use of neuropsychiatric and sedative medications Full command of the Persian language No use of other methods and techniques of happiness education at the time of conducting the research No use of other techniques and methods of stress control No residence in a nursing home No adverse events in the last 6 weeks No drug abuse
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue cooperating in this study Not doing the exercises and not participating in the training sessions for 3 sessions or more Doing other happiness training methods during the study, such as doing happiness training using the Matthews method Doing other stress control methods, such as relaxation techniques Having physical and mental illnesses that prevent full attendance at the sessions
