Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly over 60 years old Access to a smartphone No disability Having hearing, vision, and speech abilities Not having physical and mental problems that prevent movement Not having diseases such as stroke, dementia, multiple sclerosis, as well as taking medications that cause balance disorders and fear of falling (information obtained through interviews and examining the elderly's health status) Having the ability to read and write Not having a doctor's prohibition on sports activities No leg or hip fractures Interested in participating in the research Not engaging in other sports and any type of relaxation techniques while doing Qigong exercises Complaining of musculoskeletal pain for three months Pain score of ten to forty from the McGill questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue participating in this study Not doing exercises for 3 sessions or more Doing relaxation techniques during the study, such as massage therapy or acupuncture Having physical illnesses that prevent full participation in the exercises

Elderly musculoskeletal pain. Timepoint: All participants will complete the McGill questionnaires before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: McGill questionnaires.;Elderly Fear of falling. Timepoint: All participants will complete the SAFFE fear of falling questionnaire before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: SAFFE fear of falling questionnaire.
