control group:we use routine advice to see a doctor monthly but if patients don't comes for follow up we don't remind it to them . after 6 months we evaluate them about new stroke.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:All patients in the neurology ward of Ahvaz Golestan hospital who cerebral ischemic stroke confirmed by a neurologist Exclusion criteria:patients with valvular cardiac disease;patients with cardiac arrythmia;patients with congestive heart failure;patients with cardiac stenosis more than 70%;patients with uncompleted diagnosis;unavalable pationts;NIHSS>22
