Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: working in one of wards of Mashhad Dr Sheikh Hospital; having nursing degree (minimum BSc); having at least one month of experience in pediatrics ward and willingness to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria:unwillingness to continue to participate in the study and the absence in at least oneof the educational classes.
