Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute anal pain with or without rectorrhagia diagnosed by a gastroenterologist as an acute anal fissure. Exclusion criteria: Patients with underlying diseases (crohn disease, hemorrhoid)
