Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 20 to 40 years old patients with irritable bowel syndrome based on the diagnostic criteria of Rome III. And their hospital anxiety and depression scale score was higher than 11. Exclusion criteria: Current diagnosis or history of any psychotic disorder, Acute Suicidal idea, Substance use disorder, History of Neurological disorder such as Seizure
