Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: participants are aged between 18-50 years old; have at least one year of work experience; willing to participate in the study; employees of transport and movement of patients based on OSHA guidelines are not observed; the patient has no pain. Exclusion criteria: participants have bone surgery, Scoliosis, fractures, pregnancy, osteoporosis, cancer, multiple sclerosis; turn over (resignation and pension) or change part in the study.
