Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1- patient consent for inclusion to research. 2- age between 18 to 45 years old. 3- methamphtamine dependency on the basis of DSM4-TR4 criteria. 4- lying blood pressur over 100/65 mmhg and systolic blood pressur under 150 mmhg and diastolic blood pressur under 90 mmhg. 5- pulse rate under 90 pulse per min. 6-liver function tests (TOTAL BILL, ALT, AST, ALK.PH) equal or under three times to the normal range. 7- normal blood BUN and CR. 8-normal basic EKG with sinus rhythm and without arrythmia Exclusion criteria: 1- dependence to other substances exept for nicotine on the basis of DSM4-TR4 criteria. 2- history of head injury and seizure. 3- history of cardiac valve disease. 4- recent neurologic disease such as dementia or major psychiatric disease such as psychosis, schizophrenia,major depression,BMD,PTSD on the basis of SCID questioner and suicide attempt in past year or suicidal thought during the evaluation. 5- the report of some disease during the physical examination or medical history that causing disruption in research such as: active infectious disease, heart disease, liver disease, diabetes, metabolic disease, endocrine system disorder, uncontrolled high blood pressur, and active HIV disease. 6- asthma and recent history of theophiline and other sympathomimetic drugs used.

Negative methamphetamie and other substances except nicotin in urine. Timepoint: before of the study and two times per week during the study. Method of measurement: rapid urine test.;Change in the serum level of GDNF. Timepoint: in the praimary of study and the end of twelfth week. Method of measurement: by elisa test.
