Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: In oral training method the workers were divided into the groups of fifty and any groups received 1.5 hours of training related to proper load lifting techniques.

Intervention group 1: In oral training method the workers were divided into the groups of fifty and any groups received 1.5 hours of training related to proper load lifting techniques.
Intervention group 2: In booklet training method the same items with oral training were presented to the workers.

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Male workers; Workers with manual material lifting tasks Exclusion criteria: Workers with acute injuries in musculoskeletal system
