The intervention group: A fortified biscuit with 200000 units vitamin D powder manufactured by Roche Germany, three times during a day only for one week. Duration of study is one year.
The first control group 1: Injection two vial of 300000 units vitamin D manufactured by Osve company, single dose. Duration of study is one year.
The second control group: Oral administration of two capsules of 50,000 units produced by Dana company every 12 hours during a day for three times in only a week. Duration of study is one year.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Good general health and age between 30 and 72 months Exclusion criteria: Chronic liver and renal diseases; regular use of vitamin D supplements during the past 3 months
