Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: I. Patient age between 18 and 70 years. II. General anesthesia method. III. No history of drug abuse. IV. Abdominal ,orthopedics and spine surgery, because of longer patient's recovery time and more pain after surgery than other surgical procedures. V. Since the entry of patient to the recovery room until he is able to express their pain (self-report). VI. Nurses with a bachelor's degree and higher degree in nursing and are interested to participating in the study. Exclusion criteria: I. Patients with contraindication of using analgesics. II. The nurses who are not willing to continue the participation of the study.
