Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age 18 to 60 years; the ability to communicate in Persian; no hearing problem; no risk of gastrointestinal disorder such as irritable bowel syndrome and chronic constipation; lack of drug use; lack of mental illness; a limb skeletal traction or cervical vertebral of Krutchfield; lack of pregnancy; the patient is not NPO for 12 hours before intervention. Exclusion criteria: Serious disease that causes a change in bowel movements and unwillingness to continue the cooperation of the patient in the study at any time of the study.
