Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Iranian and Mashhad citizen; literate; Stanford Acute Stress Disorder Scale score of 11 or higher; Singleton pregnancies between 36-30 weeks; No history of premature infants hospitalized; Do not use psychotherapy actions in the last 6 months; Monogamous union; no addiction; is not clear Newborn genetic diseases and abnormalities and Is not the father of severe depression. Exclusion criteria:opt to participate in research; neonatal death; accurance of stressful events during study; the absence of a father in training sessions and failure to follow up questionnaire completed for any reason.
