Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients older than 15 years old Known history of uric acid nephrolithiasis Urine PH less than 7 in urine analysis Having literacy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women Chronic renal failure (GFR<60) History of allergy to herbal medicines Failure to accept general dietary recommendations Consumption of medications effective on urinary PH Substance abuse Thyroid disease
