Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Member of the Jahandidegan adult day center in Shiraz? Older than 60 years? Having diagnosed with primary insomnia disorder? Holding the sleep quality (PSQI) grade more than 5? have under 80% sleep quality? Smoke less than 10 cigarettes a day? Literacy? Have their written consent for taking part in this study. Exclusion criteria: Secondary insomnia disorder? Medical problems and general medicine that leads to insomnia? Senior’s disinterest about the program? The participant’s death.
