Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly people over 60 years of age with type 2 diabetes Taking more than 5 medications at the same time Obtaining a score of 7 or higher on the AMT 40 Ability to attend training sessions Informed consent for the company Living in the community Severity of diabetes according to doctor's opinion Stability of drug treatment in the last 3 months Type 2 diabetes mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe motor or cognitive impairments that prevent the participant from attending intervention sessions. Chronic disabling illnesses that prevent the participant from attending intervention sessions. Prolonged hospitalization in medical centers that prevents the participant from attending intervention sessions. Sudden change in medications or clinical conditions during the study. Unwillingness to continue participating in the research. *Elderly people with any neurological or orthopedic disease such as stroke, Alzheimer's, MS, Parkinson's, etc. Any deformity in the lower limbs, including deviation of the joints of the lower limbs and spine.. Absence from more than three or more meetings Any wounds on the foot area A score of less than 3 on the neuropathy scale Any major change in the number of medications (increased or decreased by =2 medications) or change in the main diabetes medication during the study will result in withdrawal.

Forward reach distance (measured in meters as the distance the hand extends from the starting point). Timepoint: Assessments will be conducted in three phases: before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, and 8 weeks after the end of the intervention (follow-up). Method of measurement: Functional Test - Reach: To perform this test, the subject stands with feet shoulder-width apart and one arm raised to a 90-degree angle of flexion with a fist. The subject, without moving their legs, reaches their arm forward as far as they can while still maintaining their posture. The distance they reach from the starting point is measured by .;Overall quality of life score (higher score = better). Timepoint: Assessments will be conducted in three phases: before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, and 8 weeks after the end of the intervention (follow-up). Method of measurement: World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire (short version): This questionnaire consists of 26 questions that ask about the last two weeks of life of the elderly, and the scoring is from 0-26, with a higher score indicating a better quality of life.

Timepoint: Assessments will be conducted in three phases: before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, and 8 weeks after the end of the intervention (follow-up). Method of measurement: The stand-up and sit-down test, which involves sitting in a chair, standing up and walking up to 3 meters, turning around and sitting back down in a chair, is performed in 13 seconds or more in high-risk elderly people.;Adherence to diabetes self-care behaviors. Timepoint: Assessments will be conducted in three phases: before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, and 8 weeks after the end of the intervention (follow-up). Method of measurement: Diabetes Self-Management Questionnaire: This questionnaire asks about self-care activities related to diabetes. The elderly person is asked about their self-care during the past 8 weeks to determine how many of the statements are appropriate for their activities. The total score is 0-48, and a higher score indicates better self-care.
