Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : Infertile women Age : between 20-38? FSH level less than 10 MIU/MI in third cycle day? BMI less than 35 Kg/m2? Serum Estradiol level Between 1000 to 4000 pg/ml in day of hcg administration Exclusion criteria : Endometriosis? Uterine myoma? HydrosalpinX? Hormonal disturbance? History of implantation failur ? Male factor infertility

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Implantation rate in ivf cycle. Timepoint: Two week after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: number of gestational sac is observed in TVS/total embryo transfer.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Clinical pregnancy rate. Timepoint: 4 to 6 weeks after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: Number of emberyo with active fetal heart is observed in TVS/total embryo transfer.
