in Purse string group skin cut such as previous teqniqu wih 1-2 mm margin from ileostomy and then anastomosis were done. facia were close and skin close with vichril0/2 with subcutucular

18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria ; all of patient wiht colon or rectal cancer have protecyive ileostomy after surgery ; all patient with benign disease such as stab wound of abdomen reqiure ileostomy exclusion criteria ; patient under 18 years old ; patient who died or didn t continue the follow up ; patient reqire secondery surgery in other centres
