Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Age older than 35 ;Be Married ;Her husband is monogamous; The surgery be only limited to Trans Abdominal Hysterectomy; The patients be literate; Patients have the facilities for the use of Educational CD; Patients be pre Menopausal The exclusion Criteria: Any Mental illness in the patients or their partners; Chronic diseases

Quality of Life. Timepoint: A day before, 6 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: SF36 Questionnaire.
