Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria included having aged between 18 and 60 years, No damage to the hands, Avoiding the use of sedatives during venipuncture, and Consent to participate in research. Exclusion criteria included pregnancy, skin allergy to lidocaine or topical medications and allergy to the herbs.
