Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criterion: patients who need cataract surgery. Exclusion criteria: patients with ASA IV and higher; history of liver and kidney disease; confusion; dementia; non-verbal communication; chronic use of narcotics; treatment with barbiturate or psychotropic agents; having contraindication for drugs that are used in study; poor vision in the other eye; BMI under 18.5 or more than 35.

Anxiety. Timepoint: Before take medicine, 90 minutes after the medication, when entering the operating room, at topical block, 15 minutes after the start of surgery, during the postoperative time, when discharge from recovery. Method of measurement: verbal anxiety score (VAS).
